One that can operate itself.
Our Vision
Imagine
Not by writing business plans, coordinating tools, or assembling a team, but by shaping it in conversation with a capable business companion that works through the idea with you.
Build
Not with consultants or specialists, but by a companion that understands what your business needs, and who autonomously builds the structure—aligned with you, the entrepreneur.
Run
Not as a static setup that needs constant manual input, but as a living system that autonomously executes processes, communicates with customers, and continuously improves the structure behind it.
“In 5 years, 90% of all companies will rely on teams of agents.”
AI-agents are becoming the operational layer of tomorrow’s economy. They will execute processes, coordinate across systems and communicate with customers. They will even grow and improve the business. Humans will be responsible for vision, judgment, and leadership, but the way companies operate is about to change fundamentally.
—Clemens Gruenberger, Founder
It can be easy like this
This is how intuitive starting a business can feel. Instead of beginning with business plans, software decisions, and endless setup, you begin by describing what you want to create.
The companion responds like a capable business advisor: asking the right questions, helping shape the model, and turning early intent into the structure a real business needs.

Who is it for?
Founders
Launch faster with a system that helps turn entrepreneurial intent into a real operating business.
Instead of spending months assembling tools, service providers, and workflows before you can even begin, founders can shape the business directly with Last Loop. The system helps create the foundation, coordinate the moving parts, and bring the company into operation with far less friction.
SME
Increase productivity with a system that can improve workflows, connect operations, and reduce administrative complexity.
For growing companies, Last Loop can help unify fragmented processes, strengthen the digital backbone of the business, and take work off internal teams. It offers a new way to modernize operations without relying on long consulting projects or complex transformation efforts.

Who we are
How does it work?
Companion layer
The Companion is a long-running, context-aware agent that maintains persistent business context across sessions.
It captures intent through conversation, coordinates decisions with the owner, and can render live interfaces such as forms, dashboards, and visualizations directly inside the interaction layer.
Agent architecture
The platform runs specialized agent types with distinct responsibilities. Companion agents maintain context and coordination. Builder agents generate, test, and deploy code. Operations agents execute workflows, update records, generate documents, and monitor systems. Communication agents manage messaging across channels such as email, chat, and SMS.
Agents run in sandboxed environments with scoped permissions, rate limits, monitoring, and reversible actions.
System generation
Business requirements are translated into working services including frontends, backends, APIs, database schemas, and workflow logic. Services are created in real Git repositories with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and separate development, staging, and production environments.
The platform also maintains a service catalog for discovery, provisioning, integration, and usage tracking of both internal and third-party services.
Workspace architecture
Each business runs in an isolated workspace with dedicated compute, network, data, and identity boundaries. Workloads run in lightweight virtual machines, inter-service communication follows default-deny network policies, and data is stored in separate encrypted database instances.
All agent actions are logged with audit trails, cost attribution, live dashboards, and escalation rules for human handoff.
